From an Ex-Athlete's Frustration to a Platform Built for Every Man
Biohackingvitality began as a personal obsession. Our founding editor, Reza Mahendra, was a competitive martial artist who hit a wall in his mid-thirties — chronic fatigue, hormonal disruption, and a creeping sense that his body was no longer cooperating with his ambitions. Conventional medicine offered little beyond "slow down." He refused.
What followed was years of deep reading — biochemistry journals, longevity conferences, conversations with researchers in Jakarta, Singapore, and beyond. Reza began experimenting on himself: tracking sleep architecture, adjusting circadian inputs, optimizing micronutrient status, and exploring peptide science. The results were undeniable.
